Video fulfillment is easy, just follow these three steps (you can also watch the "How to Embed" video below). All videos are hosted on Akamai for the length of the subcription and there are no large mp4 files to download, just an instructions pdf and the embed code.

Infographic Video Tailoring Options

 

Closing Screen:

For an additional $350 per video, you may choose to add a closing screen at the end of the video with one the following options:

  • Option 1:  Your logo  (Required: Reverse version of your logo — .png, .jpg or .eps file types accepted)
  • Option 2:  A custom URL link (e.g., to your total rewards website). (Required: properly formatted URL)
  • Option 3:  Your logo and the custom URL

Additional Notes: 

  • Closing screen tailoring delivery time is 3 to 5 business days following receipt of acceptable logo file and/or URL.
  • Tailored closing screen will appear before The HR Trove ending screen (required).
  • Additional fees, at an hourly rate of $400/hour, will apply if we are required to make any alterations to your logo for quality rendering.

Plan Name or Company Reference:

You may tailor the plan name and company reference on screen and in voiceover for an additional $1,500* per video (infographic videos only).

Additional Notes: 

  • Plan name or company reference tailoring delivery time is 2 to 3 weeks following receipt of the revised plan names and references (completed as part of purchase process). The variance in timing is to allow for the availability and scheduling of the voiceover talent.
  • If the same voiceover talent is unavailable, securing new voiceover talent to re-record the entire video will require additional fees. In this situation, we will contact you confirm you wish to continue with the tailoring given the new price, and as necessary timing, before proceeding with the work.
