Individual Job Market Pricing (non-exectuive roles only)

Add to Wishlist

Whether your organization is growing and adding new job roles or you need to fill a position after someone has left, it’s good practice to get an independent view of competitive market pay. Using their extensive compensation survey database, Willis Towers Watson compensation consultants will — within two business days — produce a job market pricing interactive report that includes position descriptions, survey sources, and data on base pay and total cash compensation.  The data will be provided at the 25th, 50th, and 75th percentiles for easy benchmarking. You will be able to adjust the market pricing compensation data for geographic and industry differentials.

 Here’s how it works:

Step 1

Purchase our job market pricing product and you’ll immediately receive a downloadable pdf that explains the next steps.

Step 2

Provide a description of the job on the electronic form accessed from a link in the pdf.

Step 3

You’ll receive an email from a Willis Towers Watson compensation consultant suggesting the surveys and  matches in those surveys that are appropriate for the job market pricing.

Step 4

You’ll review the suggested surveys and job matches and provide an email reply with your approval. You are able to discuss with the consultant directly by phone if you have questions and/or adjustments are needed.

Step 5

Within one business day from your approval of job matches, you’ll receive an email with your job market pricing interactive report.
