Whom do I contact if I have issues with navigating the store?

How do I change my account information (e.g., email, password)?

Click on your account ID at the top right corner to access your account profile. From there, you will be able to update all of your account information.

 

I forgot my password. How do I reset my password?

You can reset your password by clicking on “Log In” at the top right of the page and then clicking “Forgot Password?” After you provide your email address, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to create a new password.

 

How will you use my personal information if I create an account?

When you create an account on the HR Trove, you’ll be able to shop faster, retrieve updates on order status, keep track of the orders you’ve previously made and receive email updates on the hottest products from The HR Trove. Rest assured, we will not sell or share your information to a third party. We use PayPal for all credit card purchases and do not retain any credit card information within our system.
