What are my payment options?

For direct purchases from The HR Trove, we accept all major credit cards: American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. If you are unable to make a credit card purchase, contact us at support@hrtrove.com.


Will my credit card payment be secure?

We use PayPal for all credit card purchases. We will not retain any credit card information within our system. Here are links to PayPal’s purchase security.


Can I prepay for store credit?

Currently we are not offering a prepay/credit option. We will keep The HR Trove updated with any changes in the future.


How will charges made through The HR Trove store appear on my credit card statement?

Your credit card will be charged at the time of the purchase. The charge on your credit card statement will show as a PayPal charge.


I am a client of Willis Towers Watson. Can products be added to my consulting invoice instead of paying by credit card?

Generally, all product purchases are made by credit card on The HR Trove website. Certain products cannot be purchased directly from the website and invoicing may be possible in those situations. For further information, contact us at support@hrtrove.com.


Can I see a list of items I have purchased previously?

You can find a list of products you have purchased in your order history on your account profile by doing the following:

  •          Click on your account name at the top right corner of the page.
  •          Select “Orders” in the left navigation bar.


Can I leave products in my cart and come back to purchase later?

If you create an account, all products are saved in your cart for seven days or until your next visit.


Can I purchase products if I am located outside the U.S.?

Certainly! The HR Trove currently is unable to calculate taxes applicable outside the U.S., so additional tariffs and taxes that may be applicable are the responsibility of the customer. All purchases are in U.S. dollars.


How can a tax-exempt organization eliminate the sales tax from its purchases?

Applicable sales tax is applied to all purchases until you fully register and provide qualifying tax-exempt status documentation. You can use the sales receipt to apply for a refund of the sales tax that you paid. Once you’re registered and we have confirmation of the exempt status, we will reflect this status in your registration profile and sales tax will not be applied to future purchases.


I want to buy a survey for a country that is not listed in the store. Are there additional countries available for purchase?

Yes! We have an extensive catalogue of survey data — too much, in fact, to include directly on The HR Trove at this time. However, you can see the full list at www.wtwdataservices.com or you can contact wtwusdata@willistowerswatson.com to learn more.
