Our Starting Salary Report provides credible, unbiased pay data to help your organization create appropriate and competitive pay packages that attract and retain new graduates around the world. Starting salaries are presented by six education levels and by 11 business functions. Additionally, there are country-level socioeconomic snapshots to provide analytical context for starting salary data.

Data are segmented by program type/job function and geographic area. In the United States, salaries for entry level professionals and sales professionals are also broken down by state, region and metropolitan area.
